Nablon ("Nablon," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our AI workflow platform (the "Service"), visit our website at nablon.ai, or interact with us in any other way.

2.1Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly, including account registration information (name, business email, company, role), communications with us (support inquiries, feedback, correspondence), and information provided during sales, procurement, or commercial discussions.

2.2Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service or our website, we automatically collect usage data (features accessed, actions taken, session duration), device and technical information (IP address, browser type, operating system), log data and analytics, and information from cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2.3Customer Data Processed in Customer Environments

Nablon is typically deployed inside our customers' own cloud and Databricks environments. Enterprise data processed by Nablon agents during customer operations remains within the customer's infrastructure. We do not access, store, or transmit customer enterprise data to Nablon systems except as expressly authorized under a written agreement with the customer.

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process transactions and manage accounts
  • Communicate with customers and prospects
  • Improve, personalize, and expand the Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

4.How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below.

4.1Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party providers who assist with hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and other operational services. These providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and to use the information only as permitted.

4.2Third-Party AI Providers

The Service may integrate with third-party artificial intelligence providers including Anthropic (Claude). When customers use these integrations, prompts and content may be processed by those providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

4.3Business Transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to applicable law.

4.4Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.

5.Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer enterprise data handled inside customer environments is governed by the applicable customer agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

6.Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and analyze the Service. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.

8.International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.

9.1California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

9.2European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR/UK GDPR)

Individuals in the EEA and UK have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge complaints with their local data protection authority.

10.Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
